Nashville, Tenn - March 31, 2010 - E1 Entertainment is proud to announce the recent release of Rita Springer's project, Beautiful You, on March 9th. Originally released and available only on Springer's website, this is the first time the project, an eight-song live recording, is available with label support.
According to Springer, Beautiful You was birthed from a set list for a women's conference where she performed in 2007.
"The actual recording of Beautiful You was not an intentional recorded release, so the fact that we were able to capture this really amazing experience was a gift," explains Springer. "The live presence of the audience as they found the presence of the Lord was just breathtaking. These are my favorite moments in worship!"
"We at E1 are so very proud to represent an artist of Rita's caliber, not only with her latest recording Beautiful You but her soon to be re-released six catalog titles, which have been unavailable for several years now," exclaims Jim Sturgeon of E1 Entertainment. "Rita Springer is a true 'worshipper' and it is really something to witness her gift as she leads a congregation with the original songs God has written through Rita, to bless His church."

ABOUT RITA SPRINGER
This talented Dove Award nominee ("You Are Still Holy" for Song of the Year, 2006), has been playing piano since she was just 11 years old. Music has always caused a stirring in Springer, as have poetry and drama. It was in those early years she realized the keys of a piano were her escape, and later she would dream of them as the literal shoulder of God, learning the value of true worship. Rita Springer started writing songs after her father’s death and came to find a deep respect for the art of linking lyric and rhythm together.
Attending a Vineyard Church in the late 80's, Springer was forever changed by the sound of personal worship and the art of leadership. She became a writer for Vineyard Music Group where her song, "Make Us A Prayer," was published and became part of their Touching the Father’s Heart series. Her first CD, Love Covers, released in the mid-90's with producer Craig Musseau, and she signed with the independent Floodgate Records. She next recorded her first live release at the Anaheim Vineyard, Created To Worship, which is a raw organic set up to what Springer loves most about worship and for which she is best known; capturing it live in front of a ready audience.
In 1998, Springer wrote the title song for the motion picture movie "Still Breathing," which starred Brendan Fraser, and released six other projects within the next decade for Floodgate: All I Have, followed by Effortless I Have To Believe (produced by Nathan Nockels), Rise Up and the compilation, Worth it All. In 2007 she recorded her first project all on her own, Beautiful You. In 2008 and 2009 she began writing and co-writing more than 20 other songs, which eventually turned into the release of Be Quiet.
Within the past decade Springer started her own women’s conference, Fragrant Oil, which then led into her creating a worship school, DIVE: Deep-Innovative-Vertical-Expression. The worship school trains and encourages upcoming worship leaders all over the world with weeklong intensive one-on-one courses. Through DIVE, Springer experienced a newfound love of mentoring and sees it as a valued gift to define true worship. Springer believes that the joy of being a worship leader is to make those listening jealous for what has been found in Christ.
Beyond her career in worship leading, songwriting and teaching, six years ago Springer was called to adopt. Her son, Justice Zane Anesu Springer, is now 7 years old . "This has truly been the best song that I have ever written," exclaims Springer. "He is a complete joy to bring up and has been such an incredible source of love and insight to my life! Being a mother is truly one of life’s greatest blessings.” When she is not on the road, the Springer family resides in Charlotte, NC.
